All sales are final. Math Metamorphosis Studio is sold as a one-time purchase at the early launch price of CAD $799.00 per student, or CAD $1,199.00 for the Family Licence covering two scholars. A licence covers one scholar and activates on up to three devices; the Family Licence conveys two scholar licences and six device activations in total. Because access to the complete application is delivered immediately upon purchase, no refunds are provided.
The paywall states the complete feature list, the grade band, and the language coverage. Parents are encouraged to review the Parent Guide and this policy before completing the purchase.
Where an access code fails to deliver, or a technical fault prevents access entirely, contact support and the matter will be resolved — by reissue of access or, where access cannot be restored, by refund.
A duplicate charge arising from a payment error is refunded in full upon verification.
