The Agreement

Purchase of Math Metamorphosis Studio grants one learner a one-time, non-transferable licence to use the application. Access is per scholar. A single scholar licence activates on up to three devices. The Family Licence conveys two scholar licences in one purchase and activates on up to six devices in total. Activation is counted against the purchase record; once the permitted number of devices has been reached, further activation requires an additional licence. Progress, tokens, and mastery records are held on each device and are not synchronised between devices; two scholars sharing a single device will share a single record of study. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Permitted Use

• Use by the purchasing household or the licensed student.
• Classroom use where a licence is held for each participating student.

Prohibited Use

• Copying, extracting, decompiling, or redistributing the application or its contents.
• Sharing access codes, reselling, or sublicensing.
• Removing, obscuring, or altering any AILES mark, footer, or copyright notice.

Intellectual Property

The application, its curriculum, its characters, its artwork, and its text are the intellectual property of Michelle Easden and AILES Academy Press™, protected by copyright and by trademark under CIPO Class 41.

Availability

The application is delivered through the browser. AILES Academy Press™ does not warrant uninterrupted availability and may update the application to correct faults or improve instruction.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
