A licence belongs to one scholar and activates on up to three devices — a tablet, a home computer, and one device more. The Family Licence holds two scholar licences in a single purchase, giving six activations in total.
Each device keeps its own record of study. Two scholars working on separate devices therefore build separate records of progress, tokens, and mastery. Two scholars sharing one device share a single record.
The purchase is made once. There is no subscription, no renewal, and no further charge.
